YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
Join our high-performing Marketing team in an exciting and dynamic role that puts you at the forefront of Digital Marketing. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will take the reins in overseeing our digital marketing function across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and our UK markets.
With your 5+ years of experience and profound leadership skills, you will lead the brand’s global digital marketing strategy in partnership with the brand’s digital marketing agencies and execute all digital campaign deliverables and reporting.

Digital Marketing
- Lead the brand’s global digital marketing strategy in partnership with the brand’s digital marketing agencies
- Develop digital marketing plans in line with brand communications, customer strategy and commercial calendars for AU, NZ, Canada and the UK
- Maximise return on investment by closely monitoring results across channels daily and adjusting strategies and budgets based on trade
- Oversee execution of all digital campaign deliverables and reporting
- Develop customer-led omni channel campaigns with the CRM team to drive acquisition and retention.
- Run A/B creative and targeting tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights and formalise recommendations which are intended to achieve the maximum ROI in paid channels
- Work with CRM team on developing digitally-led personalisation campaigns
- Research and stay abreast of digital marketing tactics and strategies and key competitor activities
- Identify trends and opportunities, and optimise spend and performance based on insights
- Evaluate emerging technologies and developments in the digital space
- Publish weekly and monthly performance reports and provide recommendations to improve profitability
- Manage digital marketing budget, forecasting and ROIs across multiple markets
- Identify new affiliate partners and opportunities for growth
- Negotiate supplier/agency commercial contracts
- Partner closely with ecommerce team on strategies and tactics to drive qualitied traffic and conversion
Partnership Management
- Oversee development of acquisition campaigns with bank partnerships to drive awareness and new customer revenue
- Oversee gift card partnerships and campaigns with digital marketing coordinator
- Identify new partnership opportunities on affiliate network or other platforms to further drive acquisition

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- 5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing (paid search, paid social, retargeting affiliate marketing etc.)
- Prior experience managing direct reports.
- Experience using data analytics and insight analytic tools, including Google Analytics (GA4 experience is a plus)
- Social media expert, prior experience managing social media campaigns
- Proven experience driving online growth through performance channels
- Outstanding written and verbal communciation skills
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining brand standards
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
